Training Journal
Log the class while it is still fresh — the forms, the sparring, the techniques, and the opportunities you want to fix next time — and keep tournaments, eating, lifting, injuries, and ranks in the same book. The journal speaks your art's language: pick your art and the fields change to match it. A class takes under a minute to write down; the record lasts.

By art
Training by art — each art in its own words
Training rhythm
Your year on the mat
Every training day for the last year, one square per day — darker means more sessions that day. Filter it to a single art to see that art's rhythm on its own.
Setup
Your arts & settings
Pick from the list — every art brings its own training fields and rank ladder — or name your own.
Art profiles — rank ladders & extra fields, per art
Each art comes with the ladder and training fields its practitioners actually use. If your school's ladder differs — or your art has none, like Muay Thai — write your own here and the Ranks tab will pick from it. You can also add your own extra fields to an art's training form.
Added to the art's own fields on the training form. A list collects comma-separated items and feeds the technique index; a number is totaled on the Dashboard; a choice offers a fixed set of options and counts like a list. Changing a field's type never changes values already logged — totals simply skip values that are not numbers.
Everything is stored on this device first (localStorage) — no account needed, nothing is ever deleted by a plan limit. Sign in to back the journal up to the cloud.
Sharing
Share with your coach Pro
A share link shows your coach a read-only copy of this journal — dashboard, training history and technique index, in your arts' own words. They see it exactly as the journal stands; they cannot change anything, and opening a link is always free for them. You can revoke a link at any time and it stops working at once.

Templates
Session templates — your usual class, one tap away
Fill the form above the way a usual session goes, name it here, and the template remembers the shape — art, class type, minutes, effort, forms, rounds, techniques, drills and the art's own fields. Starting from a template fills today's form; the date, notes and opportunities stay yours to write fresh.

Tournaments · Pro
Your competition record, kept properly.Log every event — divisions entered, placings, medals counted for you, your match record, and the lessons you took home — and see the next tournament coming on your Dashboard. This tab is part of Pro.
Tournaments
Log a tournament
The match numbers are your sparring record only. Every other kind of event — forms, weapons, breaking — lives in the divisions below, where each division carries its own type. A forms-only day needs no match numbers at all.
Watching a number for this event? Set it as the goal weight and, inside 30 days, the Dashboard countdown shows your latest weigh-in and the plain distance to it. The journal reports numbers only — never diet advice.
